 Fishing in Nederland area for bass any help would be nice have a boat just looking local freshwater?

Cow Bayou in Bridge City, Neches River above Beaumont ?
Never test the depth of the water with both feet.

Mostly small fish.In Cow Bayou you can catch some nice redfish too if it isn't too fresh.
Sloughs in the Neches above Beaumont can hold a nice fish or two.The marsh across from Port Neches on the Orange County side can hold some nice bass too.
Find a local tackle shop and get the latest info.
Never test the depth of the water with both feet.
