Nice sunnies Chuck. Also love those Rios.  Side Note: Need to catch me some fryer size Bluegill. Getting hungry! Any recent Rio reports on the Guadalupe? I know it has been slow.

I have never caught a Rio. I know I am too far north for them. I had never even seen one til I saw your postings Banker.

Thanks Curtis and "Curt0407" for the replies. Curtis: The Rio bite is picking up a little on Guadalupe. Me and Mike have both caught trophy Rios this past week in the 10" range. Also caught some smaller ones in the 8 to 9 inch range. Hopefully September will pick up! "Curt0407": The furthest north I have heard a Rio being caught was in Belton.  They are a warm water fish and don't survive in areas with COLD winters.
