Hey guys Camp Bass is under way once again. We are now on day three of Camp and the kids are absolutely loving it. We started Camp out with a bang on the first day of fishing, Wyatt Deans of San Saba caught and 8lb 2oz over within the first hour of fishing with one of the legends of Lake Fork Larry Lovell. Despite some unfavorable fishing conditions the kids have been fishing hard and catching lots of fish. This year the kids have been honored to visit East Texas Gators an watch live alligators being fed and seeing a variety of other different animals. We also took our annual trip to go see Mr. Ronnie Parker and Lake Fork Trophy Lures to see how their awesome baits are manufactured. Today we are going to a place we have not been before. We are headed to Mt. Pleasant to visit Santone Lures and their manufacturing facility. I will have more posts today and tomorrow. Please visit the Camp Bass Facebook page to see some awesome pictures and videos. I will also be working on a youtube video with all the videos I have recorded so when that is finished I will let you guys know. If you have any questions please message me of send a message to the facebook page. And as always we would like to thank you our amazing guides, boat captains, sponsors, and Camp Bass staff that help put this great camp on.

Well another Camp Bass has come to a close. The kids absolutely enjoyed the visit to Santone Lures on Thursday. From the flipping contest and tours there was no shortage of things happening. On Friday the kids took there trip to the Athens fish hatchery, where the kids got in depth look into the Texas Share Lunker Program. After they got back the banquet commenced and as always was a huge hit with the kids, parents, sponsors, and guides. As always I cannot thank Danny Gove and his staff for putting on and running this amazing Camp. Huge thank you to Tiffanys and Lake Fork Marina for feeding us and giving us an awesome place to stay. I would also like to thank East Texas Gators, Lake Fork Trophy Lures, and Santone Lures for allowing us to come visit and experience their facilities. And finally I would like to thank all of the Sponsors and guides because without them this Camp would not be possible. So thank you to all of the above mentioned for doing what they do to make this possible.
