I've never been on Benbrook and I know most people aren't a fan, but it's close to the house. So, I think I'm going to go late this afternoon and check it out. I see they just opened the Longhorn ramp. Do you have to have a sticker, or some kind of permit like you do for Lake Worth?

Im interested too. I never been on it either and been here for 7 years. Are the hybrids hard to find?

The lake has some Giants in it! One of my favorite lakes in the area. First time I fished it we had 30 pounds in a tournament last year.

Neat little lake, lots of timber to be careful of. That being said is it okay to get on again?

From the looks of the corps site, they just re-opened longhorn ramp. All the other corps ramps seem to be closed, but I believe the marina has let boats launch for the last couple weeks. Water level looks to be right at full pool to about a foot high possibly
