try this again new to sight so maybe I doing it correct this time. Question: Have 2-gals of fresh beef blood with 1lb. of white sugar in each gal.can of blood. Been in frig.since 7/23/15 (and the wife wants it out LOL) what is my next step in making this blood bait strong enough so it will stay on my trout lines

If it is good heavy bull blood put in a tow sack and let it drip out.You don't have to add anything.
The best way to make blood bait is get a cow lung with wind pipe. Pour fresh blood into lung and place into cooler.Slice and keep cool. Ready to fish.
