July 26 Well I had to go out of town on business for a few days and couldn't get the thump of my mind. Its tough visiting tackle shops and seeing these beautiful lakes but not being able to fish them. As soon as I got home this evening I had my rig hooked up. Got my first jig wet at 4:30 and was culling by 7. Left them biting. Timber is the ticket. Caught on BoneHead Slim Sticks "Grapevine" and "Salt n Pepper".
