I like to wear my Buff when it's hot to keep the sun off my face however if wear it with my sun glasses they fog up badly. I've been wearing my hat low with the buff but that doesn't cut the glare out.

Anyone know how to wear these things with glasses without fogging them up? I'm about to cut a mout hole in it. Ha

I've found that breathing through my nose works better because you don't let out as much hot air through your nose as you do your mouth.

I leave my nose exposed and breath through it when fogging is a problem. Just a little dab of suntan lotion does the trick.

Have the same problem with eyeglasses.
Breathe through your nose.
It beats the sunscreen and your eyes don't burn!

Just one more cast!

I use the Buff from Austin Canoe & Kayak Buff and have no problems with my prescription eyeglasses fogging up.

I've noticed if I pull my glasses down a bit on my nose and create a little space between them and my face, the fogging goes away. Anyone else tried that?

Try the Simms gaiter. It has laser cut holes in the mouth area. I have 3 or 4 buffs and got tired of the same problem as I like to cover up including my nose. Got one of the Simms a few months back. All of my future buff purchases will be the Simms

I typically keep mine below my nose and it doesn't fog up my glasses. Just a little sunscreen on my nose.

roflmao

I just pull the glasses down a little bit. They are still close enough to see through easily, but like others have said it creates a space for air to flow through and remove the heat that causes the fog.

Cut a hole, breathe through nose and or use some anti fog on your sunglasses.
I believe there are also some anti fog sunglasses on the market.
