Top water will work well before the sun comes up. Stay in the new flooded brush from zero to about ten ft. Once the sun gets up, the same bushes will produce with a wacky or a Carolina rig.
By morning, There is a lot of good twenty ft water that produce big stripers (5-12 lbs so far)
Big swim baits are working at about twenty ft. next to deep water.
