2015 Operation Comfort Benefit Tournament Organized by Hookset Brothers and Weigh In ran by Team Trail Outdoors on Sept 26th on Lake Palestine @ Lake Palestine Resort.

Operation Comfort is a non profit organization who provides support to our brave men and women who were wounded in the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars and recovering at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Tx.

$2500 Guaranteed 1st place prize and payouts to 5th place @ 30% entry fees with 70% going back to Operation Comfort and 6th place thru 10th place awarded prizes with an optional $10 Big Bass Side Pot - 100% payback.

Entry Fee is $200 per boat - registration will be @ Lake Palestine Resort Friday Sept 25th 5-8pm and morning of tournament 5am - 530am.

There will be a limited amount of wounded troops who will need a boater for this tournament. Please contact if interested

If interested in helping support this tournament Operation Comfort is a non profit and donations will receive a tax letter.

We are trying to raise the $2500 Guarantee 1st Place Prize and Prize Packages for angler places and door prizes.

Yes it's truly a godsend to have TTO run our weigh in for our Cause and look forward to their awesome set up and a professionally run weigh in. I can speak from experience when both me and my partner were recovering from our own wounds sustained in the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars we were able to use Operation Comfort's support to aide in our recovery so Operation Comfort is truly a cause we believe in.

Starting to get a few companies promising product for prizes - truly amazing to see East Texas Communities stepping up to support our Wounded Soldiers. We'll be complying a list of all the Prizes that will be given out to random entry fees after the weigh in and Prizes that will be handed out to 6th - 10th place and posting them every so often to show this tournament will truly be one to be apart of and just a great time for a great cause.

If you would like to help support this tournament for Operation Comfort we are still looking for help in the guaranteed 1st place prize , Prizes for Placings and Door Prizes. Operation Comfort can provide tax letters for your contribution and all companies that support the Benefit Tournament will be posted on all social media outlets and websites for the tournament plus on Tournament Banners that will be around the weigh in stage. There will be news coverage of the tournament and weigh in.
