Hey there TFF'ers! I just got a kayak the other and I was wondering if anyone could point me towards any good spots to kayak right now with a lot of parks and such being closed off due to high water. I live in The Colony and I'm looking for something fairly close.

Thanx!

Lavon and Hubbard both have open ramps/parks. Im not sure about the lakes to the west, but im sure others will chime in.

Hey Paul. I love in The Colony also and we did a huge park clean up this morning. Hopefully Stewarts Creek Park will reopen vext weekend and we can launch there again. Tight lines!

Thanks C-Frog! I cant wait till the park re-opens. I would have been there for clean up but got off work at 7am this morning and had to get some sleep since I had to work again tonight. I'll be buying an annual pass there once it reopens smile
