A friend just brought me his fly tying gear that he is no longer using. There was one item that he did not know what it was and I have no clue. See pictures below. One piece does slide into the other piece. Can anyone tell me what this is?   Sorry couldn't get the black background picture to turn correctly.

Not something from my back ground but from years going to the fly and jig shows I think the last one is a hair stacker and they all have to with hair fly's and jigs.

Hair stacker for any kind of hair. Fox, deer, even kip tail at times. You just put the hair as a bunch in the top where the flair is and of course that part in inside the other end and you bang it down on a table or something g you can bang on and it will make the ends all even.
