My winch mount has developed a few cracks. Looking at replacing it but can't find the exact mount. Its a Trailstar trailer and carries a Grizzly 1448 aluminum boat. The winch post mounts on a 3x3 tube using u bolts. I want to add a Boat Buddy as its getting harder to hook up a strap and use a winch these days. Any info on how to get the size, height, etc. correct would be appreciated

Take it off and have it re-welded and stress relieved.
