Headed to Whitney with my son this weekend. Where are some good whitebass and striper spots?

I would look for roadbeds and humps next to 35-40. Fish the slopes, sometimes as shallow as 12 ft sometimes as far out as 25. They move fast so catch them while you can then wait for them to come back. Be careful of the short stripers. A lot of them 14-17 inches mixed in with the sandies.
