I need some opinions on guides for a 5 person trip out of Freeport. I have looked online and am surprised by the rates. If I am going to spend 1200+ fuel I would like to know it will be worth it. And yes its fishing not catching but everyone knows there is differences between guides. As an experienced angler, I want to have a good experience with someone that really cares about putting us on fish with the intent of getting my business year over year.

Note: I have been using guides for 10 years and have my favorites in different places, I have just never gone out of Freeport.

Capt Brian Wilson. He's the best fish killer in the area. Full limits of big fish. I've never known him to have a bad day. Just tell him what you want to do and he will make it happen. Very nice 36'yellowfin and a very sweet Cabo sport fisher.
