Lake Fork boaters... I just saw a huge floater on the guide lane going by Dale... It was only sitting out of the water a couple inches but the log was massive... It was floating just to the north of the guide tree on Dale about 75 yards or so... I tried to move it but it was too big. It was sitting directly on the guide lane. If the wind blows a little it will be hard to see.

Hit a floater down at Falcon couple years ago broke my trim ram right off the jack plate running about 45mph. Scared the life out of me and my son. Be careful out there..

Thanks, Mike! Saw a 30-'40' floater down by the SRA office the other day as well... Biggest one I've ever seen floating. Tried to tow it but couldn't do much with that one. I've hauled 5 big trees out of the boat lanes this year so keep an eye out!
From what I've seen lately, night fisherman need to be reminded of that possibility as well.. Good luck and stay safe out there!

If you think it is going to stay put, someone post coordinates & I'll see if I can add to hazard coordinates.

Weird thing is, I had just gone by that spot on pad a few minutes before and never saw it... What gave it away when I did see it was there was a bird standing on the tip of it... Lol... If there would have been any wind I probably would have never saw it with the waves.... It's big enough to do some serious damage!
