Hello is there anything I need to look out for on this lake. I have never fished it and curious if there is a pattern these fisb have? Also I noticed is quite shallow is there any section of the lake I need to make sure I stay away from.

Right now the water is high. I have no problems running the lake, there is some shallow water but shouldn't be a problem. A lot of people fish up the creek and catch good numbers and quality fish but it can be a bit hairy up there and I believe it's idle only past the bridge

Shut it down at the 199 bridge anything beyond the bridge good luck I have yet to make it very far without hitting stumps.

There's a major stump field past the 199 bridge as mentioned above, and another stump field near the dam on the military base side. There are also stumps in the west end in what is usually very shallow water.
