Hi all

I have a lowrance HDS touch 12. I typically use it for down scan, but just started to experiment with the side imaging. While using it this weekend, I found that the side imaging was displaying the right hand side of the boat on the left side of the graph and the left side of the boat on the right hand side of the graph. This does not seem right to me, does anyone have any tips?

Drive by something you know is on the side of the boat you are going by, if it is not right you can switch it in your settings or turn your side image puck around.

Where in the settings would that be found? I drove by a wall on saturday just to make sure I was seeing what I thought i was, and it was on the wrong side of the screen.l

in order to FLIP the Structurescan it's easy.. Turn unit ON, hit PAGES and select StructureScan, on the right hand menu bar select ADVANCED.. about half way down it says FLIP LEFT/RIGHT. If there's a ORANGE tag in the corner, then it's FLIPPED, if it's just a black & White box, then you simply touch the box and the orange tag will appear.

I assume you're running at least v4 of the software....

if you're running v3 or v3.5 let me know and I can tell you how to find the setting...
