The best advice I can give is go to Eagle Mountain and spend some time figuring it out. Works for me most of the time.

Ya practice would help instead of asking where to go and what to throw for every tournament you have hammer

First thing in the morning run all the way up north, pitch a watermelon red wacky crawl on a 3/8oz pegged tungsten weight on 25lb Izorline co poly in the shallow reeds on your left as far left as you can go, spend 5 min there.

Next I would run back South and fish that deep dock on the west shore near the dam. Crank it with a citrus shad "10XD". Make 2-4 casts.

Next head mid lake on east side, look for the oak tree on the point near that dumpster, make nine casts with a clown colored super spook.

Next head straight across the lake, find the dock with 2 yellow and white minnow buckets, pitch a pearl colored bass assassin weightless in between them, make 2 pitches then get ready to roll.

Go ahead and rig up a c-rig, t-rig, a-rig, donkey rig, chicken s**t rig, neko rig and a wacky rig. I would put black/blue, plum, apple butter, dirty sanchez or sweet potato pie colored plastic on each rig. Now head due NE to the lone tree in 35.7 feet of water, make 2 casts with each rig and get ready to roll.

Next I would head back up north and find that drain pipe and cast a mudbug into it 4 times.

Now crank up and head to the dam, tie on a black and silver AC Plug and fsh that stretch between rock #1456 and rock #1521 (count the rocks from east to west). Make sure the sun isn't at your back (in the fish's face) or they may be wearing shades and won't see your plug.

Now crank up and head to the "69 Hole", break out your Bull Shad - Slow Sink - 6 inch swimbait in Gizzard shad or your Deps Slide Swimmer 250 Slow Sinking Jointed Swimbait - #15 Butch Brown Bass and slow roll them 2-12 feet off the bottom because these fish will be suspended.

Next I would probably break out that bag of original creme worms in grape with a white tail and head over to the marina and pitch it into boat slip #23. Make 6-9 pitches.

If this simple plan isn't working for you, I would sign on TFF and get ahold of RedRanger and ask for some of his secret holes ...

Your gonna get a lot of replies right now especially for some reason.
The best advice is the one someone above gave you, TOW: Time on the Water
It's a tough lake or can be.
Try the upper end (shallows) EARLY..... top water
Later move to the south end fish the drop offs...docks...try Texas rig or jigs...
late in the day- fish DEEP (deep runners of 10' or more)
Good luck
God Bless

My old tournament partner Chad Tregellas taught me the best lesson about fishing tournaments on EM and that is to NOT prefish that lake. Almost guarantees a bad day on tournament as the fish change so fast out there. Just show up and go fishing.
