I chopped down some trees (sweet gums) that fell into 6-7 ft water looks like beavers ate entire tree. Also dropped some bamboo in same general area can only see one or two now on depthfinder. Did THEY EAT THOSE too? Did some made out of pic like material that must have sank into the mud they were 3ft tall or so . Any tips ideas or thoughts?

I know they would devour our willow tree brushpiles in a matter of days, but they didn't seem to interested in the bamboo.

I put some shallow in a 11acre pond I fish and the willows and sweetgum got devoured overnight Went back w cedar and pvc. Putting willow or sweetgum shallow is like going to the store w a steak on the counter expecting your lab to not eat it!!

I had only seen a few of the beavers, guess there are more and they ate them like candy. Will make some larger PVC ones ( when it cools off) and give it another try, I know this little lake has crappie, I see dead ones and found 2 bass dead from choking on them. Problem is its saucer shaped, not much depth to it at all.
