Finally figured it out. Simply "AWESOME": Now I am getting hungry and it's not even close to dinner time!  Super looking fish. Nicely done.  Side Note: You should change the title of your post to "The Start to a GREAT MEAL"! Again Awesome picture.  Side Note #2. Where is the Modelo!

Thanks Banker. I think these were some I breaded with the Zatarain's Fish Fri you told me I could get at HEB. Pretty good stuff.

I also use the Louisiana Fish Fry-Crispy. It's GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!
