What is your preferred method of baiting a hole for catfish? And I'm speaking about not only bait wise, but structure wise. Or do you even add structure, such as brush, if there isnt any existing.
I'm thinking of doing something at Lake Arlington since it is so close to me.

i tried the the other day it works pretty good they make these compressed cheese and soybean falk brink for about 4-6$ i bust it in half put it in a bait bag and tied it off to a stump i let it sit there for 5 hrs then i went and anchored about 10yrs form it and casted at that stump we pulled 18 keeps of the brink that day then my sone dropped the whole thing in the lake and we lost it i have to order a few more commercial catfish men use them in there hoop nets they said

Some websites sell them. Just type it in on Google and it should show a few sites that sell them

Do you know about how long these would last, stored in a garage? Or do they need to be refrigerated? And about how long to they last in the water?
