Banker wonder if the gills have another spawn coming up or do we have to wait until next year  They have just completed one. I don't know in your neck of the woods but I think we will see one more spawn in Mid to late September down here in South Central Texas. Going to be frying up some Gills tomorrow night. Oh yea going to have a couple of ICE COLD Modelos also!

Hopefully we will have one more before winter sets in...Oh man another fish fry, mouth is watering already lol  I see you've got a few "cold ones" so make sure ya don't forget the mustard 
Katchin krappie...doin surgeries(filleting)...and givin hott grease baths until krunchy and golden brown is what it's all about!!!

Thanks "Gitter" for the reply! Have not grilled or smoked any fish this year yet.  Bob posted a receipt early this year on smoked fish and meat. Thinking about giving it try. I am also thinking about baking my next batch.
