The recipe is on the bottom of some of the graham crust pie pans bought at the grocery store as well as other recipes. I've been using this for serveral years. It is simple and makes for a quick refreshing dessert/snack. And yes, sub lime and it's good too. When adding zest, be very careful to only use shavings from the very outer of the lemon/lime - none of that white rind. Use a micro zester, too.
