That's all I heard all day. I GOT ONE DAD! I can't stress enough of how impressed I am with this young man. It was yes sir no sir all day while we wacked the white bass. Noah asked me last night what the Jr angler record was and if I thought we could smash it. I told him we could do anything we put our minds to if we worked at it. By my scales he smashed it by 1#. Then he caught some crappie to top off the day and we called the trip to get in the a/c. He asked on the way home when we could go to the woods for some hunting.  We will take it to Bass pro in the morning.

Good stuff!!! My son told me the other day we needed to move to another pile cause we couldn't win a tournament on that one! He was right!!

Good show Tommy. Did he help you clean them? Enjoyed sitting with you at the CAT meeting.Enjoy these special times with your son because they really grow up fast. Mine is in his 40's and it seems like last week we were catching crappie and I was hearing "I got one Dad"

Good stuff!!! My son told me the other day we needed to move to another pile cause we couldn't win a tournament on that one! He was right!! They are smarter than us that's for sure. Their common sense reasoning needs to be bottled and sold. Noah counted down our limits and as we got close he asked me if I remembered where the black crappie were so we could end the day there. He likes the black crappie like his dad.

He does what he can when it's time to clean. He talked to me about hunting this year while cleaning fish. Says he'll pull the trigger on a deer this year! Neither of my son's will pull the trigger on a deer but have no problem harvesting hogs. Maybe this year.
