Ponderosa Drive runs parallel from Beltline northwest. Once you get to Apollo Road, and go on the north side of the elementary school, there is another parallel road. I don't know if the north side street after Yale Blvd/Dartmouth Elementary is still called Ponderosa, or Tulane or what, but it's still there. Park on the street, then walk down to the creek, most places barely 20-30 yards.
Addendum: A separate topic post should be started for "Duck Creek, Richardson."

yes Ponderosa runs most of the way down the creek and you can park all along it. Easy walking and fishing.
Indian I prefer not to start one for Duck Creek....we don't want it over pressured more than it is already LOL

Ya... I need a spot that is not so pressured! So tired of the ponds around me in Wylie, I am pretty sure the fish just sit in ponds and laugh as baits zoom past them! With that being said, if y'all know of any spots in or near Wylie I am listening....

Too late, and we are all to blame! Laughs, and it's all good...as to the original message, I may go try Twin Lakes again, but will try some other local hot/warm spots in Richardson/Plano.
