 Anywhere to get Bill Lewis lipped rattle traps

I've looked and looked and can't find lipped traps anywhere. Had a couple years ago but gave them up to the lake.
Is there anywhere I can still buy some? Not a lure I would throw a lot but they did have their time and place.
Also, does anyone have any luck with adding weight to a floating or suspending crank and making it a sinking bait.
