OP GoArmy TFF Celebrity Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 5,471 Columbia Cross Roads, P.A.	I tried this in the right place and no answers. What oil do you use for your Mercury? I use a blend from where I bought the motor but not sure what make it is? If I go to a Synthetic blend do I need to use up all the oil in the tank first (reservoir) or can I just add it to what is left in it? Proud Father, Sons Served their country RHBC

bbassfishes Pro Angler B Joined: Sep 2012 Posts: 811 Granbury, TX	I was under the understanding that if you have a DFI PRoXS motor you could only run DFI oil. Am I wrong? that said, the only DFI oil I've ever seen sold is the Quicksilver. Last edited by bbassfishes; 07/08/15 06:32 PM.
