I'll just throw this out there. I've fished at a lot of lakes in Texas. Seems like almost every one is rumored to have a leak in the dam at some point in time. Maybe they really do have some issue, I dunno. But I can tell you that OC has lost a foot of water in 6 weeks, and that's almost certainly due to evaporation. If there's some kind of leak, it's either very minor or above the water line. They all have catfish the size of vw beetles at the dam that have been seen by divers too.
