Fishing a night tourney in a few weeks and never have fished at night. What lures and colors would yall throw at night this time of year?

White one knocker squarebill, blk spinnerbait with blk Colorado blade, blk buzzbait, blue fleck powerworm, blk/blue jig with rattles and scent.

Big worms and lizards, rattling jigs, thumping blades, buzzbaits, frog baits and crankbaits in dark colors can and do produce well at night. One of my favs is a 10" blue fleck power worm. It's a consistent producer at night, just as it is during the day. Just don't be afraid to throw anything that you catch them on during daylight hours too. There are nights when a more subtle approach gets the action including the big bites.

V&M Wild Thang 8.5 in Blue Flex. They can't resist the action of that worm at night.

Black trick worm and pumkin finesse worm with a spike it chartreuse the last 1/2in of the worm. I have been having luck with spooks and buzz baits at night the past few weeks.

I second the V&M Wild Thing in Blue Fleck, the tail on that worm is pretty sweet. I also like to use a zoom black and blue tail lizard.

What size weights and hooks on the big 10 inch worms? Would a Trokar 4/0 work? At night do yall focus deep or is it normal for those bass to come up to feed. I'd love to catch them on black buzz baits or a worm.
