Ivie is up almost a foot and a half and still rising almost an inch and a half per hour. Hopefully between this rain and whatever we get in the next couple of months it will be enough to keep the lake from dropping significantly before we can get into the fall and winter rainier seasons.

The same goes for Hubbard Creek. It's not nearly where anyone wants it to be, but the lake has still come up 12-13 feet in the last couple of months.

I wound up with 8" on my place NE of Abilene. Water is running everywhere today. Phantom should get a good rise by Thursday.

Lots of water running down Sandy Creek and Hubbard Creek. Lake has come up almost 2 foot and still rising. Two more foot and my dock floats again!

Apparently Brownwood is flooding like a bastard. Water is going over the dam. The lake rose over 5 feet last night and it was already at full.

So how long til fishing turns back "on" again after all this? Leon will take at least a month or more to clear up...but lakes like Cisco still have pretty good visibility, even though we got over 7 inches.

Yep..... Spillway is a 4.75 feet over so that road is closed. The only other way to get back there to Deep Water Estates is Owens Road and my mother just sent me photos of the road washed out. Huge cavern now.... impassable.

Who would have guessed we'd be praying for the rain to stop?

Still running pretty good, hoping for another foot.

Since May 8 Hubbard Creek has come up 14.16 feet. What a blessing.

Every forecast I have seen calls for wetter than normal weather for Texas through at least next spring.
