So it's known that i crank....crank somemore and than crank again. I've really be studying in my down time to try to find something to compensate for my cranking addiction......while i do love to flip often i don't have a bank to flip to. So i had started on the jig but was getting crazy hang ups. Frustrated with believing the bass were down thare but not getting the jig through the stuff i needed it to come through. And then i got a jig that changed everything... the Nujig from Nutech. AMAZING!! This jig and the Crazy jig (their version of the bladebait). Theese two baits have pulled me away from the crankbait.....well as much as could be expected. i first used the crazyjig because i had put my chatterbait down because i couldn't stop that thing from getting hung up. but it was a great alternative to the crank when that rattle didn't seem to be agreeing with them. It came through laydowns....brushpiles and stumps....just what i needed! So then i tried the jig and wow! Places i had swore of the jig had me throwing it again. That cam designed head and the dual weed gurd allow it to come through where other jigs would get hung up. From what i've found the design was actually made to increase the hook up in the top of the bass' mouth....however this design is huge with enabling the jig to come through cover. You guys have helped me so much had to pass this on to you! Check out Nutech....can't say enough about them. will be posting some other videos...oh and i wasn't trying for the catfish wink

Those are some nice fish. I was a spinnerbait guy. It was go-to bait for years but I'm now a cranker and worm guy now.

I've noticed that myself about the Nujig. It is really good about coming out clean out of some pretty nasty stuff. One other thing that I noticed is that you really need a stout stick and try and cross their eyes or you will lose a few. I like your vids 1007 keep up the good work. How is your tournament year going in your club?

The guy who makes those jigs is an extremely nice guy. I feel bad I can't remember his name, but he sent me a couple a few years back and I really was impressed at how well they could slither thru timber and laydowns.
