Caught about a dozen dandies off the lights last night. But water got a little too choppy and cut it short early.

This morning we joined the boat show near the dam about 8:30am. Marked lots of fish on the graph, But no luck. The fish were hovering in the middle of the water column and not on the bottom--which usually tells me they're not feeding. Lots of boats out there around that time. We ended up moving to a different spot around 9am then coming back by the dam about an hour later and all the boats were gone.

Fished Saturday morning and this morning.. Didn't have much success at all. Didn't see anyone catching today. Key ranch was covered up with boats Saturday morning, but still didn't see a lot of catching. Most of the fish we caught today was on Merrimac hump in 22 fow. Mostly yellow bass. Couldn't figure them out!

I can confirm this news as well lol. Dock fishing was far better than main lake as usual for the 4th lol

We had decent luck on the sunken island Saturday late morning. Found them stacked up on the wind blown side and caught them on the Hell Pet every pass.
