Anyone know a spot in San Antonio, that I can go catch a bunch of small bluegill for jugline bait? Headed to choke this weekend and want to try it out. thx

Try Live Oak Lake or the San Antonio river around E.Mulberry Street. Lots of bait size Bluegill there.





Side Note: Live Oak Lake does not allow cast nets or throw nets. eeks

Cool, thank you. Will probably check that out tomorrow morning. My little boy is getting to where he wants to be involved in everything I do, and I put a couple crawfish and some small fish in my aquarium, and he loves it. He likes fishing but we never get the time, so we decided we are gona be men and tough out a tent, and a jugline trip at choke lol. Should be interesting. Gotta start him young.
