It is with a heavy heart that I bring the news that Joe has lost his life.
It appears Joe was the passenger on that small plane that crashed in Quinlan Texas yesterday.
please put some prayers up for his family & his wife. Joe was one of the
kindest, down-to-earth guys I ever met, & we shared the rail many times.
He loved flying, maybe even more than fishing.
I'll miss you, amigo. Until I see you again,

tight lines & following seas forever, my friend.
-Brian

Could not believe the news when Brian told me. Joe was one of the funniest guys I've fished with. Lots of memories from trips with him. He will be missed. Prayers to his family.

That is really sad news.
Joe is a good guy I would go fishing with anytime.
So, I'm confused, my rod has just broke, the tuna is taking line and I'm in a stupor.
Joe is yelling at me to reel. It makes me smile just thinking of it.

Take care Joe; tight lines!

That is very sad news!

Joe was one of the friendliest guys Ive ever met! He was really funny but could also hold very serious conversations about important topics. Loved hearing him talk about flying, and wish I had gotten the chance to take him up on his many offers to fly with him whenever I was in Dallas. Ill always remember him for his confidence and competence, his fishing ability and for his very good sense of humor!

Someone thought he loved flying more than fishing, and I think thats true from hearing him talk. He was married, so keep his wife in your thoughts and prayers.

RIP Joe, we'll miss you.

WOW I'm heart broke to read this about Joe, it's got me tore down bad. Being an aircraft mechanic its always hard to read about an air crash. MoJo Joe will always fish with the TFF Crew just like Jerry Snagged. Heart felt condolences to the Livingston family. RIP Joe you were truly a friend to us all brother.
