I've been using the Bitsy Bug jigs from Academy but I'm not real impressed with the skirt (not very full) and it hangs up a lot. Same bitsy only selection at fishing tackle unlimited. I haven't been to Gander mountain or bass pro in a while. Is internet ordering or self assembling my only option or can I find something better in a local store?

Santone finesse jigs have a great hook, plenty of skirt material, and work great with a baby rage craw trailer. They come 2 to the pack also. $4 for one jig somewhere else, $5 or less for two Santones. Up to you!

I get my light jigs from Spotsticker baits. They are hand tied and worth a little more, to me. He has 1/4 oz. to 1/2 oz. Depends on how light you want to go. Here is a link to their webpage. He has some of the BEST shakey heads, too. http://www.spotsticker.com/product-category/hand-tied-casting-jigs/Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck. MidSouthbassfishing.com has jigs with tungsten heads...much smaller than lead. Just trim the skirt to desired size. Quality product at a great price

Best finesse jig out there is made by Santone! They are a local northeast Texas based company and have superb customer service!

I like to use santone finesse jigs myself... I've recently become a big fan of the viperxp jigs, they have a small hook version that is great if you're looking for a more full skirt on a small jig. That head design is really versatile IMO. I get both @ apt

Viper XP Lures Mini Viper you can see this jig at APT in NRH just ask Rick to see the Mini Vipers or text me and I will send you a picture. It is a small compact jig with a very strong hook in my stand up head design not on the website but you can get the idea by looking at my Regular Viper XP Jig. Check it out at www.viperxplures.com I also offer this in a Designated Hitter which is our shaky head.
