 Having Motor issue... Any advice?

I was on the water and when I went to take off and throttle down the motor would run like it usually does, the motor was cutting out and hesitating. Im not sure if there is condensation in the fuel line or if its bad gas or what. Any help is much appreciated!

Yeah I saw flux capacitor started laughing, but I found the issue with the motor. The prime bulb went bad!
