What power and action rod would you use for 3/4 to 1oz jig in 30 to 40 ft

This is what I use. Doesn't have to be the same brand but would recommend the same length, blank weight and action.

My favorite way to fish but I don't use 1oz 5/8-3/4 for me. In that weight range I like 7'2 - 7'6" with a mh and fast or xf taper 1oz I may be more inclined to go up to a heavy with a fast taper.

I use a 7'3 heavy acton with a fast tip. The one I have is a Falcon Bucoo micro series. It also makes a good flipping rod

7'3" or 7'6" H kistler KLX I also use the XH sometimes but mainly just the Heavy actions
