After fishing this past Sat Morning and a quick lunch and ice down, I decided to go find some new "Honey Holes".
Put in at 2946 and fired up the Side imaging thumb
Wasn't long till I found something that needed closer investigating hmmm

There wasn't no current in this section of the lake like there was earlier in main lake clap

It was absolute heaven - except for the heat and that wasn't too bad dance2

I set myself to a 3 fish limit, find a new spot, pop 3, go search some more bannana2

I only found, marked and fished 3 places that didn't produce

The last place I found was a LARGE area of what I believe to be PVC
It was just a large area of fish on the graph with no visble structure in 9-14 fow that looked & felt like another area that I know for certain is PVC.

After catching 3 there, I was used up, so I just idled in a zig-zag course back to the ramp, marking as I went fish

I had put 21 keepers in the boat, and found the makings of a new "Milk Run" which I will continue to expand when I'm able to get back out.

All fish were caught on a new color - Pearl Ice on a blue sparkle 1/32 & 1/16 jighead (I lost my last 1/32 & had to upsize),
I had some 1/32 with a #6 hook, but after loosing 2 big fish, I quickly changed it loco

Fishing is GREAT right now on Lake Fork, find structure with a top that is 4-15' deep in 12-24 fow

Wow what a great report Todd. I don't think you left any important details out! Those are some fine Fork specimens thumb . Always rewarding to get 'em in a new color.

Milk run?

It's more like a carrot run, because you are dangling that carrot "Pearl Ice" out there!

You shouldn't be teasing us with that stuff, must be ruff living on the shore of one of the best fisheries in the country. Going to get my tackle Ho on and try some of those.

Looks like a 2 pounder???? Nice fish.

WTG Todd, great report. That is a very effective way to get to know a lake. It looks like the water up north is 'greenish' pretty, which I like. Is this what I am seeing from the pics?
