Going to Galveston in August with the wife and 10 yr old son. Anybody have a guide that they recommend for inshore or jetty fishing?
Thanks! Scotty

Do not know about guides, but if you have any pier questions shoot me a message and I will be glad to help where I can.

I go to The Galveston Fishing pier on 91st street on the seawall. I usually use live shrimp or squid and fish bite. You can get the live bait at Bayou Bait and tackle right as you are entering town. You can get on FB and find the Galveston Fishing Pier. Fish bites can be bought at Walmart or Academy there on the sea wall. I get the shrimp flavor. I use just a little 2 drop rig with a 3 or 4 oz. spider weight that you can also pick up at Academy. I use these with a number 6 treble hook. Have fun and let me know how they do. Thanks, Shaun
