Open bass tournament for all human powered kayaks. Lake Amon G Carter, Bowie Tx. Tournament entry is $30 with optional $10 big bass. Pays back 100% divided 60/25/15 between 1st/2nd/3rd. 100% big bass pot to big bass winner and a $25 certificate from Papa's Baits for the first person out of the money. **Registration location**Walmart Super Center parking lot 1341 Highway 287 North, Bowie, TX 76230Registration is from 5-6am with captains meeting at 6am. First cast 6:30. Road runner anywhere on Lake Amon Carter **Weigh in location** Click- Big Sandy Creek boat ramp at 3PM. 7608 Farm to Market Road 1125, Bowie, TX 76230 It will be your best 5 bass CPR'd with a 12" minimum. I prefer a hawg trough or equivalent. *Smart phones* or digital cameras can be used. I have a card reader but please bring you camera cords if using a digital camera.

Sorry for the guys that went to prefished this weekend and found the boat ramps closed. They are reopening the ramps and lake today at noon.

I just spoke with the City Of Bowie and they are open now along as they don't get anymore rain!!

Took a trip out there this weekend. Lake is just a little over pool and clearing up pretty good.

I'm working this weekend but if I get a chance I was going to go back out there. It's a great little fishing lake with nice fish.

Sounds like it will be fun and hot lol! I hope everybody has fun at my tourneys. One thing I can guaranty is that it will be hot. Looks like triple digits are forecast for next week.
