At what level will ramp at Franks reopen. I was really hoping to get take my brother in law out to catch some hybrids. I see belton has come down 4 ft in last 10 days. That should put that ramp usable again i would think.

Even after the water is low enough to use the ramp they usually let the soil dry a while before opening them again too.

Heck there is no soil around ramp by franks marina ...they need to get the damn thing open.
