Yea it's gotta be mostly under water right now. Below the dam is probably your best bet.

The road to Eisenhower from the dam is probably 10' underwater now. Might be gone. Who knows, that spillway current is crazy. I'm pretty sure there's another way to get to the park though.

This is on the Eisenhower website:::
June 20, 2015 - Due to flooding many areas are closed including . . .
all day use areas, the main road into the park, Marina access, the fishing pier, boat ramps, ATV trails, the Interpretive trail, the swim beach and many campsites. FM 1310 is closed due to high water. Visitors should take the alternate route which is exit 70 off Hwy. 75 to Hwy 84, then north on Eisenhower Dr. Please contact the park for more information before visiting.
