Is anyone catching any Mangrove snapper around Port A.? I am headed down there in a few weeks and I like catching some mangrove snapper if they are around.

I didn't see anyone catching mangrove. I seen some red snapper brought in off the charter boats. There are some redfish and trout being caught up and down the ICW. Live shrimp, croaker and artificials sand eel and bass assassin. Kingfish and shark just off shore. Lot's of gafftop being taken off the piers and jetties. Not any seaweed and the water is clearing up good. The fishing should just get better.
