Does anyone have an ID for this fish?

Fish like this have moved in thick with the flood waters. The whites are stuffed with them when we clean them.

I think Cyprinidae family....long dorsal makes me think perhaps juvenile common carp. What is the length of the fish in the image?

Could also be a quillback, but I'm not sure if their range is where you are
