My Iwata Neo won't spray anything thicker than water unless I'm spraying 40-50 psi. I got a .50 needle and tip so I can use it for base coats and get a new brush for detail work. I have been looking at an Iwata Eclipse CS. Does anyone own one of these or can you recommend a different brush? I would prefer to stick with Iwata so all the fittings will be the same.

get an iwata mid range brush with a mac valve. leave air pressure at 45 lbs and use the mac to adjust the air to paint mix. its all about the thinning of the paint......takes time to get the right stuff and tools.

Sometimes I wish I wasn't so impulsive. I already ordered another brush.

I also ordered a Mac valve. I didn't realize there was such a thing.
