Hey guys. A while back I posted that I was opening up a kayak rental store. Well I close on the property in 2 weeks. The place is in Brownwood Texas near one of the city parks. The park is called Riverside park the pecan bayou runs thru the park. If you put in at the park you can fish upstream about 2 miles and downstream about half a mile before coming to a dam. you can also take the drive to lake Brownwood dam about 4 miles on the right there is Fabis park which is also near the pecan bayou. If you enter a that point there is about 10 miles of fishing. the water depth is deep enough to put a bass boat in. Next year I plan on holding a kayak fishing tournament in the spring. So go to Google maps pull up riverside park Brownwood TX. I know on Google maps the pecan bayou looks low in some spots but we've had plenty of rain so its full. Well any tips and ideas would be greatly appreciated.
