If its a COE lake they have a list on their site that's updated daily.

I don't think there are currently any Texas lakes closed due to high water

There are a lot of ramps and parks closed, you can find a list of COE parks and ramps on their website. Not sure how to go about finding a list of state and city parks that are closed.

It might be easier to know the lakes that are open than the ones that are closed. LOL. LOTS of lakes are in limited, no access due to high water, according to the above link. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.
