When trying to deploy my ipilot i can't press hard enough on the lever to get it to deploy. I must stand on the lever to get the ipilot to deploy!! There must be a better way? Any help would be appreciated.

15. Signature images may not be larger than 600 pixels wide by 125 pixels tall. This includes logos, photos and other graphics.

Are you pushing the lever in before you push it down? If you just step on the pedal it won't unlock properly. If I remember right there's a picture in the instructions that shows you have to push toward the front of the motor first, then down.

What Diel11 said. You must push forward and down to deploy the Terrova.

In and down but mine is pretty stiff if doing it by hand.
