My daughter and I drove the entire lake yesterday early evening just scouting and testing our pontoon after a lengthy layoff. We didn't see any birds or schooling action at all. Tried trolling along rocks by I30 which usually produces and nothing. It was more of a boat ride anyway, but will be fishing hard next time. So lets get some reports out there for the Sand Bass and Hybrid action. I'll be posting my spots when I find them again, glad to be back on the water again, finally.

The fishing has sucked. They are letting lots of water in from lavon and pouring it out. We did find a few schooling fish between the storms Sunday but they were little sandbass. I'm going back out in the morning and will hope to have a better report but not counting on it.
