I have an 18ft stratos with 115 Mercury (no jack plate) and currently it has a 20 stainless steel prop with not much cup shape to it and three blade. What style and size prop should I purchase to improve my hole shot and top end speed at the same time. Thanks in advance.

one of 2 choices.
either let us work the current prop for what you want. or get a new power tech 3 blade with the correct cup.
the key to getting that boat to perform to it's peak is install a 6" plate. and work the current prop (maybe)
